Meredith’s yoga lineage stems from three (3) separate, original yoga lineages whose roots are easily traced to India, where yoga began. Meredith attended the University of Georgia for her undergraduate degree and has continued her health and wellness education with additional degrees and licenses with over 500 hours of study at Integrative School of Nutrition in New York (Certified Health Coach), Cornell University Dr. Colin Campbell Plant-Based Nutrition Certification, Precision Nutrition (Certified Health Coach), rated the #1 online Nutrition Program, and more.

Meredith has taught yoga on 3 different continents around the globe in hundreds of different yoga studios. She enjoys teaching international programs such as Original Hot Yoga Association (OHYA) Continuing Education for Yoga Teachers. She helped lead Bikram Choudhry’s teacher trainings in California and enjoys teacher Original Hot Yoga Association (OHYA) Teacher Trainings. Meredith loves her hometown of Peachtree City and providing our community with the highest-quality and most traditional yoga the south side has to offer!

Meredith has taught over 18,000 hours of yoga, 4,200 hours of meditation and is wellness, nutrition, and lifestyle expert. Meredith is licensed through many international yoga organizations at the highest level such as Original Hot Yoga Association (OHYA), US Yoga Federation, 3HO, Kundalini Research Institute, Kriya Yoga International, and the World Yoga Federation. She has taught yoga and meditation around the world for over 20 years.
